Our client based in Wilmslow is currently looking for a IT Support person. The role comprises 1st line phone and remote support duties, requiring an excellent telephone manner. Technically, the role will involve troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT problems, with the primary focus on Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Office and Windows. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting printer faults, troubleshooting remote access issues, liaising with ISPs and basic Active Dire
