Leading UK charity is looking for an experienced, high calibre ITIL Problem Manager to manage the full problem life cycle and be responsible for proactively preventing the occurrence of Problems, Incidents and Known Errors. You will also be deputising for the Director managing 1st 2nd line infrastructure support Requirements: Experience in ITIL Problem Manager role Team Leading - you must have experience deputising across a Service Management department Must be ITIL Certified Based near Ilford
