My client is looking for an experienced Cost Planner. The successful candidate will be required to: * Estimate the cost of each project proposal included on the Service Delivery Plan for each establishment, for detailed budgetary control through to contract completion. * Provide alternative maintenance costs where options can be identified. * Identify Level 3 and 4 Assets, elements of the buildings where Life Cycle Replacement represents the best value solution. * Review maintenance programmes
