Degree qualified with the ability to design with 1200V IGBT devices from 10 to 100A (when applied in industrial products switching between 2kHz to 10kHz) and experience in the design of inverter power stages for the control of ac motors from 1kW to 100kW. You will need a knowledge of the theory and practice relating to the operation of industrial variable speed drives or similar power electronic products.
