Our client, a local authority, require a qualified Mechanical Engineer to Co-ordinate a variety of Capital Works projects. The design and construction elements of all projects are sub contracted out. This role is 50/50 office/site based and involves giving specialist guidance and advice on M&E issues and a lot of client liaison.
