Junior IT Support Technician (Windows 7 / XP)

Position: Junior IT Support Technician
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Salary: £Competitive depending on experience.

ROLE:
Intersurgical requires an IT Support Technician to deliver quality IT support to internal end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Resolving Help Desk queries and maintaining an accurate up to date record via the Intersurgical Helpdesk system.
b) Resolution of software and hardware problems.
c) Installation and service of PCs, telephones and other IT hardware. Installation of software programs, patches and updates.
d) Any other reasonable duties required by the company.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) You should have experience in Windows XP/7, Office software, desktop and laptop hardware, peripheral devices as well as a good understanding of IT infrastructure items, network, servers, UPS.

You may have experience of the following: 1st Line Support, IT Helpdesk, Infrastructure Engineer, Desktop Support, TCP, IP, IT Support Engineer, etc
