Due to continual growth, my client are looking for an IT Support Analyst, to join their busy ICT team, at their Head Office in central Burgess Hill.
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
A well organised and pro-active person responsible for ICT related issues and technical problems, ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the organisation's ICT systems and network. To provide the primary contact for support of all locations and will escalate any higher level incidents within the ICT Team or to third party support agencies when required.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an exceptional level of service to both the organisation’s staff and users, ensuring the continuous availability of critical services
- Work effectively as part of the ICT team to handle the proactive management, monitoring, and maintenance of the network infrastructure, including all the organisation's facilities
- To take ownership of assigned ICT helpdesk incidents and requests, ensuring the relevant level of detail is recorded whilst working to resolve in a timely manner, according to agreed standards and procedures and escalating unresolved incidents when necessary
- Manage, maintain and deploy existing and new infrastructure, communications products (mobile devices and fixed telephony) and printers and to liaise with suppliers and third parties when applicable
- Administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2010 including creation of users, groups, mailboxes, password resets and security permissions
- Build, install and configure PCs and associated peripherals, including new equipment and the redeployment of existing hardware whilst maintaining accurate asset records in line with the organisation's IT Asset Register
- Install and deploy software and applications ensuring that compliancy is adhered to at all times
- Perform routine housekeeping activities including daily checks of the organisation's data back-ups, Servers and Anti-Virus console
- Manage and support the organisation's Video Conferencing units ensuring high availability at all times
*The Job holder is required to work out of the office and will be expected to travel to both company and third party facilities as and when required. *

We are a well-established IT and Technology company with offices in Shoreham-by-sea, West Sussex and London.
The Senior IT Helpdesk Technical Engineer position is the most senior technical role within the Service Desk team, responsible for escalation of incidents from the 2ND/3RD line Service Desk team, specifically focusing on dealing with major incidents and re-occurring incidents through problem management. It will also be responsible for on-boarding new customers, including site surveys and strategy recommendations via the management team.
Senior IT Helpdesk Technical Engineer Role:
This role will also be responsible for reviewing and accepting work being handed over by the project team, including configuration review, documentation and support process reviews. As well as being responsible for support of internal IT systems, including hosted solution platforms provided to customers.
This role will be significantly customer facing, so excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers of all levels is imperative. Although primarily an office based role, there will be travel, for which, a vehicle will be provided as required.
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
> Must have previously worked for a computer dealer/reseller
> An extensive comprehensive understanding of IT and IT terminology including:
-- VMWare, including vCentre(vDRS, centralized storage, etc)
-- iSCSI/SAN technologies
-- VLANs, both port and tagging.
-- Specific experience of Sonicwall Firewalls/GMS
-- StorageCraft backup solutions
-- Windows 2003/2008/2012 server, including SBS 2003/2008/2011

Our highly successful client is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to work within New Products Development and In Markets team, generating solutions to product design problems from concept through to production, including CAD modelling (Autodesk Inventor), 2D drawing and analysis (e.g. FEA) skills. To carry out associated engineering and project tasks as required.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• To always work in a safe manner without putting himself, colleagues or members of the public at risk
• To design and Creation of 3D CAD models of these designs using Autodesk Inventor. To be an expert at designing plastic injection moulded parts, some with complex curved shapes. Be able to orientate themselves within the various assembly and subassembly levels of such a complex assembly, and deal effectively with repairs to broken constraints that occur when changes are made to components. Design of other components for the assemblies using a wide range of engineering materials, forming techniques and fastening methods, including EPS, EPP, vacuum formed plastic, insulation foam, and the design of air-tight seals. To model cable runs in assemblies using the Inventor cable and harness environment. To create 2D part and assembly drawings to BS8888 based on the 3D designs
• To assemble physical prototypes of designs
• To create bills of materials and work with additional data and documentation as required, including use of the MRP database
• To supply images and video animations for Instruction Manuals and Marketing purposes
• Together with Project Sponsors and Product Managers, to help define new product projects; the deliverables and the success criteria
• To assess suppliers drawings and models of proposed injection mould tooling with regard to its suitability for production
• To carry out FEA analysis and manage any sub-contracted FEA and CFD work
• To develop – from concept to implementation - inventive, innovative, manageable and cost-effective solutions to product development briefs
• To deliver projects within time, cost and performance expectations. To plan, monitor and control workload and progress
• To work in a small team environment, or to manage their own project(s)
• To become a key member in the New Product Development environment
• Work with suppliers to co-ordinate project activities

The key focus of this role is the delivery of high-quality, professional training along with the creation and maintenance of any associated training resources.
