The WPF Software Developer Role:
We are now seeking a high quality computer science graduate or equivalent experience with user interface development skills to join our existing development team, based in Warwick.
You will be working primarily on new modules within our multi-tier client-server application development projects. You will be using .NET, Windows Presentation Foundation, Expression Blend, Visual Studio, C#, etc. and will be required to produce high performance, high quality code. We are looking for a WPF Software Developer with creative flair who can produce stylish, modern user interfaces with the latest technologies.
WPF and MVVM experience will be beneficial, but we will provide full training for the successful applicant.
You will be expected to contribute to design, documentation and testing and will need to be bright, self-motivated, flexible and interested to learn from our world class team. We will provide an excellent working environment and generous salary / bonus / pension for the right individual.

Role:
CeWe Color is looking to recruit a Web Developer to join their successful ecommerce team. This is an exciting role for someone who is proficient in CSS / HTML / JavaScript / jQuery and looking to join a successful European company. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the Web Developer will develop and maintain CeWe photo service and partner websites to a market leading standard. Acting as the main point of contact for Web Development work in the UK, the Web Developer will also be responsible for the Anglicisation of functionality for the UK market.
Working closely with the Graphic Designer, you will optimise and implement website and web page structure and graphics, ensuring that that all development work is carried out in line with market trends, customer requirements and Head Office developments. You will test websites, identifying any technical issues and ensuring cross browser compatibility. You will upload websites onto the server, resgister them with search engines, and monitor site technical performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for Search Engine Optimisation. They will assist in the planning of overall company policy regarding Search Engine Optimisation and web development.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven web design / development experience, being proficient in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and MS Office.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Web Development, Multimedia Design, Programming, or a degree in unrelated subject plus a postgraduate qualification / certificate in a relevant field.
- A working knowledge of MySQL and PHP and experience of integrating into third party platforms and developing from within CMS systems.
- The ability / desire to keep up-to-date with advancing Internet / computer technologies, with a knowledge of international web standards and protocols and an understanding of major operating systems.
You will be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines are also essential.
An interest in photography and a working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 would be an advantage but are not essential.
