Due to continued growth we are looking for 2 Trainee Recruitment Resourcers who are keen to develop their career in Recruitment. Training will take place over 3-6 months depending on performance in our Reading office (five minutes' walk from the train station).

A Resourcing role is all about meeting and influencing people. We work from the highest to lowest level of IT to help companies fulfil business needs through staffing. To do this Resourcers need to be tenacious influencers who love to chat but can also focus on generating revenue by selling people, organisations, concepts and ideas. The role involves generating a pipeline of applicants via networking, using social media and traditional advertising, then matching and managing them through the process of finding a job.

To be considered for the role applicants need to be articulate, good talkers, hardworking and motivated to increase their earnings. Based out of one of our offices in Reading, Leatherhead or Gloucester you will take responsibility for developing, designing and implementing critical security architecture on major commercial and secure government/public sector projects.
