Trainee Recruitment Resourcers - No Cold Calling!! Reading Town Centre
Everyone knows recruitment is a lucrative career but most entry level trainee roles require specific sales experience or involve a very high volume of random cold calling. If you've ever wanted to enter the industry in a role focused on sourcing and matching more than cold selling, we have the opportunity for you.
First Point are a rapidly growing, well established recruitment firm specialising in both IT and Digital sectors. We stand out from our competition by focusing on business understanding and quality over the hard sell and ensure our senior Recruiters are supported by a team of Resourcers whose role involve sourcing, selecting and screen applicants for a wide range of IT and Digital Marketing positions. Structured over a six month period, our trainee Resourcers earn as they go under the guidance of a senior recruiter, meaning that first year salaries of £35k from a standing start are completely realistic without any cold calling or contact with businesses.
We offer our Resourcers:
Structured six month training program
An unrivalled bonus structure
A structured career path up to director level
A VIP company box at Emirates Stadium
An intelligent sales environment where knowledge and tenacity are promoted over a sell, sell, sell mentality.
On-going support and coaching by a Senior Consultant
An unrivalled client list - some of the UKs most exciting, high grown companies use us to source staff
Due to continued growth we are looking for 2 Trainee Recruitment Resourcers who are keen to develop their career in Recruitment. Training will take place over 3-6 months depending on performance in our Reading office (five minutes' walk from the train station).
A Resourcing role is all about meeting and influencing people. We work from the highest to lowest level of IT to help companies fulfil business needs through staffing. To do this Resourcers need to be tenacious influencers who love to chat but can also focus on generating revenue by selling people, organisations, concepts and ideas. The role involves generating a pipeline of applicants via networking, using social media and traditional advertising, then matching and managing them through the process of finding a job.
To be considered for the role applicants need to be articulate, good talkers, hardworking and motivated to increase their earnings. Previous experience in recruitment or sales are not essential, what is important is commitment, an aptitude for learning, a love of influencing and talking, and a proven ability to deliver for colleagues or customers in the workplace.
