The Role:
This is a two sided role with responsibilities for assisting the Sales Team as well as the Service Desk Team. As a member of the sales team this role is to perform network health checks for prospective clients (and existing clients as required) and document the findings as well as assisting in a pre-sales capacity at client meetings. This role also assists the Service Desk with open client tickets as and when required during busy periods.
Main duties:
Undertake extensive network health check of prospective client’s network infrastructure to identify failings within existing set up that can be used as part of the sales process.
Prepare Network Health Check document following onsite visit to prospective client
Assist Sales Consultant as required in prospective client and existing client meetings. The main purpose of attendance is to help with any technical queries raised by meeting members.
As requested by Service Desk Manager assist with service desk calls during peak periods/periods of staff absence.
