Senior Application Support - Permanent - Fife Hudson IT is working with a Global Solutions organisations based in Fife who are going through substantial growth. This has created an exciting opening for a Senior Applications Support Engineer/Lead to work with the Managed Service Manager to oversee the support of 3rd party organisations in developing applications, resolve live customer issues and provide integration support to a wide range of customers. This position will be a recognised expert in several aspects of the application development support activities within the client and a reference for other colleagues within the business on their area of expertise. Responsibilities: Oversee support activities to ensure that technical, customer and project related risks are identified, impacts clarified and appropriate solutions implemented in a timely manner. Work closely with 3rd Party Organisations to assist on all Technical queries and coordinate work throughout the Support Analysts. End User Support Working closely with the Managed Services Manager and helping with project tasks to reduce workload within the team. Beneficial: Ability to read and understand source code Technical support experience in payment or retail systems. Exposure to supporting applications on Windows, Linux, iOS and Android. Salary banding is between �30000-�40000 per annum. All candidates must be able to interview in Fife at short notice.
