Resource Pool Manager
Middlesbrough
Up to £22 per hour

Our client, a rapidly expanding Public Sector Organisation based in Teesside are seeking a Resource Pool Manager to lead and direct an implementation team in order to effectively coordinate future projects. The role will involve leading a team consisting of staff with varying job roles and responsibilities; from technical to administrative members of staff.

Due to the way in which this organisation is looking to sculpt its future; a candidate who is able to liaise with members of senior management, providing advice and support to ensure that projects are completed and objectives are met within a given timeframe is essential.

Suitable candidates will be Cisco certified with server experience with regard to Active Directory. Experience with Windows 2003/8 is also a requirement. An individual whose networking skills and server skills are of an equally high standard would be desirable, as well as a person with an aptitude for providing advice regarding process mapping and redesign, in order to ensure that the implementation of the new electronic systems is effective.

Duties will include the procurement and installation of IT infrastructure, system administration and immediate post go-live support so previous experience of working within the Public Sector would be desirable, however, not a requirement.

The start date for the position will be on or around May 24th for an initial period of six months, with a view to extending the contract to 18 months. A successful candidate would be called upon to occasionally travel between Middlesbrough and Durham, so a clean driving licence is a necessity.

If you feel that you meet the specification of this challenging and rewarding role, please submit your CV in application. If you require more information regarding the position, please contact Rob Coxon on [contact details removed] .
