IT SUPPORT TEAM LEADER
An opportunity with a large, national company supporting retail and business applications. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move up into a team leader position, or someone who is currently a team leader. You will be supervising a team of two 1st line Technicians covering applications and areas such as Active Directory.
You will require previous experience in an IT support position, either from the 1st or 2nd line and looking to move into a more senior role with responsibility for junior members.
Technical skills required include Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, knowledge of Servers, networking and applications support. As well as the technical skills, because this is a supervisory level position a level of maturity, leadership and excellent communication skills are required. You will need to be committed to the needs of the business and be prepared to learn bespoke software.

An opportunity with a major brand, in an IT role where you will gain experience and have the opportunity for development. In this role you will be primarily based at the local offices although the position will involve occasional travel when required.
As a member of the IS Technical Team your key responsibilities will include delivery of a wide portfolio of infrastructure related projects, provision of technical and 3rd line support within a complex environment, assisting with management of core IT infrastructure operations through system monitoring & proactive maintenance, maintaining and developing good working relationships with colleagues and suppliers including end users and key consultancy partners / third-parties. You will also take part in small projects and may be given some reasonability with these; therefore an understanding of the workings in a project would be an advantage.
For this role it is essential that you have a good in depth technical knowledge gained within a Windows Server based environment including several of the following: Networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint and VMware. Windows Server and Networking are the key areas although any others from the list are extremely desirable.
This is a superb opportunity for someone who has the right mix of IT experience, technical skills, personality, and communication skills. Someone who is innovative, able to demonstrate a “can-do” attitude to their peers and motivate and lead their team with enthusiasm to make things happen.

Internet Manager required for very successful fashion business - this has a couple of traditional retail outlets and a very successful growing online business which is currently turning over £0.5m with a target to grow this to £750k in the next year, and two million beyond that.
If you are a current experienced Internet Manager running a successful e-commerce website with a large turnover and proven track record, then of course the STARTING salary would be circa £45k; if you have the potential to grow with the role then starting salary of £25k is more likely but with huge potential to quickly increase to £45k and beyond based on growth achieved.
Working a minimum of 40 hrs per week, generally 8.30 to 5.15, though as the business is rapidly growing they have found that they need staff available to work out of these normal hours to provide excellent quality customer service (shared amongst the team).
You will be expected to be totally hands on and should be prepared to work whatever hours are necessary to achieve targets - it is the type of role where you cannot think of it as a certain amount of hours...
Having achieved a 136% growth since January - we are looking for a driven, motivated and dynamic manager who can come into the business and futher increase this growth. The successful applicant must share the owner's vision for growth and the future and be prepared to work hard to achieve the growth target set for the next 12 months. With ambitious plans to relocate the offices in the near future you will be instrumental in helping to build the team of personnel as the business grows. Already achieving an average of 22 sales per day with average gross income of over £2k, current gross annual turnover is projected to be £800k, however we believe the gross annual turnover can reach £2m in the near future - and when it does then the rewards will be there. At the current rate of growth this is not an unreasonable target.
You must be capable of managing a projected team of 10 staff which will include pickers/packers and wrappers, goods in and despatch coordinators, customer service personnel, marketing and SEO personnel and a financial cashier.
