3RD LINE TECHNICAL ANALYST (DIVISIONAL LEVEL)

An opportunity with a major brand, in an IT role where you will gain experience and have the opportunity for development. In this role you will be primarily based at the local offices although the position will involve occasional travel when required.

As a member of the IS Technical Team your key responsibilities will include delivery of a wide portfolio of infrastructure related projects, provision of technical and 3rd line support within a complex environment, assisting with management of core IT infrastructure operations through system monitoring & proactive maintenance, maintaining and developing good working relationships with colleagues and suppliers including end users and key consultancy partners / third-parties.
