Our client is currently searching for an IC Test Engineer to be responsible for leading production test activities for wafer level and packaged IC devices. The role will involve supporting test activities throughout the company and at subcontractor level.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications;
- Strong IC test engineering experience (analog / mixed signal)
- ATE knowledge ie Teradyne / Verigy
- Knowledge of wafer probe

A Senior Internal Auditor is required to undertake a permanent role in Bristol with a market leading Financial Services Organisation.

The successful candidate will lead internal audits and be a team member on larger audits within the organisation. Responsible for full completion (planning, execution, wrap up and follow-up) of audits and the production of audit reports in line with agreed standards.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead audits (or elements of larger audits) - plan, arrange, conduct fieldwork, and draft a report and complete these to required time and quality standards; organise and conduct planning and close out meetings. Gather and assess relevant information in all work areas efficiently and objectively.
- Demonstrate deepening technical skills and knowledge of audit methodologies and tools and an understanding of the specialist division to which you are assigned (where appropriate).
- Monitor progress and agreed management actions plans resulting from audit reviews.
- Liaise with management to agree status of management actions and update GIA action tracking database accordingly.
- Where appropriate, contribute updates on management actions to GIA monthly report to Executive Management.

- Act as prime client interface and understand client requirements to factor into planning and risk assessment activities.
- Assess the impact that suggested control enhancements raised may have elsewhere in the division and Group, identifying opportunities to transfer ‘controls’ best practice around the Group.
- Take proactive role in working towards achieving internal audit and personal development objectives
- Act in a professional manner to enhance the reputation of Internal Audit across the Group.
- Achieve and exceed GIA KPIs and metrics in execution of audit reviews.


Skills and Experience Required:

- Background in Internal Audit together with previous exposure to risk and control concepts.
- Previous financial services experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Accountancy or internal audit qualifications or part qualifications would be desirable

System Design & Architecture activities contributing to the Specification, Design and Validation.

Key responsibilities:

* Carry out a full range of technical analyses and investigations, including evaluation and selection of technical options and prepare reports with suggested recommendations to support the resolution of problems and/or the development of engineering capability, individually or as a member of a project team.

* Typical Roles could include:
o Requirements analysis and design in response to customer requirements.
o Identification of key design vulnerabilities between different solutions, e.g. maritime and land system variants.
o Development and embedding "hooks" into the system/sub-system design to enable adaptation/configuration for other applications, e.g. export variants.
o Investigation of potential re-use options for cost savings.
o Production and maintenance of sub-system software requirements specifications and interface requirements specifications.
o Ensuring correct flow down of top-level requirements to sub-systems and interfaces.

Skills / Experience:

* Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
* Experience of working in a Systems Engineering environment
* Substantial analytical and problem solving skills.
* Sound understanding of the system design process (including System and Sub-System Specification, System Test, Integration and Certification).
* Rhapsody and UML / SysML
* Knowledge of Algorithm and Software development.
* Practical knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
