Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Interviewing Now!

£18K Basic, £35K OTE

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most successful and forward thinking companies at a time when they are looking to expand due to recent success. They are looking for a very driven and motivated graduate who is keen to work in the World of Recruitment. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive full training and support and will be encouraged to progress and hopefully one day manage a team.

Recruitment is primarily a sales role where you will be cold calling clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and pitching services to those clients. You will also be maintaining relationships with existing clients, finding and screening suitable candidates and managing the interview and offer process.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment including:

Researching and establishing new sales leads with companies
Cold calling organisations to establish a relationship and bring on new jobs to recruit for
Establishing and managing relationships with hiring managers and HR in order to grow the brand and pitch recruitment services and solutions
Source, select and pre-screen suitable candidates for roles
Managing cvs sent to clients, through to the interview and offer stage
Ensuring strong relationship management with both clients and candidates
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, driven, and financially motivated individual. Your role will be thoroughly sales driven as a full time Recruitment Consultant, with one of the best commission structures in the industry!

You do not need prior experience, but be driven to become successful and also demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

You will be provided with a full 13 week training programme teaching you everything you need to know to ensure you become a confident recruiter and a successful high earner!

About the incentives?

Incentives include a strong commission structure (uncapped and without a threshold), with a very high earning potential! In your first year you could realistically earn between £35k and £55k (OTE), but if you exceed your targets, you could earn much more. Recent success stories include first year recruiters earning over £80k! Further incentives include deal bonuses for every placement made in your first 6 months, car incentives, company lunches at some of the best restaurants in the city, and holiday incentives for top recruiters every quarter.
