Divisional Manager of Surgery:

ISL is currently working in partnership with an NHS Organisation in the South West who are looking to engage a Divisional Manager of Surgery to start ASAP for a 6 month initial contract. You will be reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.

You will have the following experience:

• NHS Acute background.
• General Management of surgery background.
• Any of the following would be beneficial as these specialities will be managed – General Surgery, Trauma/Orthopaedics, Head and Neck and Theatres/Anaesthetics.
• Strong Communication, Management and Stakeholder Management experience.
• A strong Financial Acumen.

This is to manage a very busy and large service so is an excellent opportunity for a Divisional Manager of Surgery to act up at Deputy Director Level with a great career progression opportunity.
