Principle Analog Design Engineer - Analog, Mixed Signal, IC
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the design teams to manage their project
- Attract and retain the high speed IC design resources required to support product development plans;
- Performance management of high speed IC design resources
- Maintain awareness of associated IC markets and actively participate in corporate strategy and planning;
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
- 8 years’ experience in developing IC products;
- Experience as a leader of analog/mixed signal IC projects;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Knowledge of IC design tools, especially Cadence environment;
- Deep understanding of signal integrity issues and solution applicable to 1-100Gbps communication systems;
