The Company : Extremely successful IT recruitment organisation that has a high retention rate, incredibly high earners thanks to a great commission structure and a strong team spirit and environment. The company works has clients based in the UK and Europe and already has a high number of individuals on board who speak at least 2 languages.
The Role : Several Specialist IT Recruiter roles exist - SAP Recruiters and Oracle recruiters are required - both temps and perms. New business and account management.
The Candidate : The ideal situation is that you already have IT recruitment experience in a specialised area. Otherwise, you have done well in another sector and wish to transfer to IT recruitment becoming either a general IT Recruiter or else a Specialist IT Recruiter.
You are dynamic, communicative, energetic and have a hunger for earning and a passion for recruitment
