We are looking to recruit an industry experienced Digital System-On-Chip / ASIC designer to join an expanding communications company and take their core architecture to the next level of integration and develop entirely new ASICs for the next generation of products.

It is a highly demanding role requiring experience and skills across the full development lifecycle from architectural concept proposal, through ASIC design, implementation and verification, product integration, to
mass production and ongoing support.

Typically your responsibilities will include: architectural requirements, system definition, DSP and microcontroller core selection for SOC, block level specification, design/coding using VHDL, verification & synthesis, subcontractor management, integration & support.

The key requirements are: ASIC, SoC and VHDL.
