Do you have any knowledge of either BUSINESS OBJECTS, COGNOS, CRYSTAL REPORTS or ACTUATE and have a couple of years in a support environment, with some experience of working on projects and communicating with users on technical issues then this high profile global software company would love you to join there Analytics team, where you will solve support queries from there customers and partners from the EMEA & Americas regions, and will take ownership of support incidents and follow them through with third line support.Excellent promotion is possible with this role, into Consulting or many other opportunites as befits a global organisation.
